Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the ArtScale website. They do not govern paid services. Any engagement with ArtScale is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees and responsibilities. The website is operated by ArtScale, a self-employed (sole proprietor) business based in Latvia.
2. Using the site
You may use this site for lawful business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
3. No guarantee of results
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a promise of any result. Meta advertising results depend on many factors, including product economics, competition, tracking quality, creative, budget and website performance. We do not guarantee ROAS, CAC, revenue, sales, leads, bookings or profitability.
4. The 7-day trial
The 7-day trial waives our agency management fee for seven days. Advertising spend (typically $30 to $50 a day) is paid by you directly to Meta. Availability is subject to qualification and capacity, and the scope, required access and assets must be agreed before the trial starts. There is no automatic paid continuation unless expressly agreed. Submitting an application does not create a trial or a contract.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text and logo belong to ArtScale or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and shows photographs that are illustrative and are not ArtScale client work unless stated. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ArtScale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
