Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by ArtScale, a brand scaling agency for e⁠-⁠commerce brands and local businesses. ArtScale is run as a self-employed (sole proprietor) business based in Latvia. ArtScale is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Privacy contact: artscale.co@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you submit. When you use a contact or trial form on this site, your submission is sent through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which forwards it to our email inbox (artscale.co@gmail.com). Depending on the form, this includes your name, email, business name, a website or Instagram link, the type of business and, for trial applications, details about your advertising setup.
• Messages on other platforms. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your name as shown in WhatsApp and the content of your messages. If you contact us through Instagram or Facebook, we receive what those platforms provide to us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site.
• No analytics or advertising trackers. This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

• To arrange the 7⁠-⁠day trial or conversations you request
• To operate and secure the website

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (responding to your application or inquiry); our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the site secure; and your consent where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who receives your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
• Web3Forms, which processes form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail), which provides the email inbox for artscale.co@gmail.com.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), if you choose to contact us there. Meta handles those conversations under its own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Fonts

This site loads its heading typeface (Manrope) from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google servers, which can see your IP address and the request itself.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and application data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If we start working together, records connected to the engagement are kept for as long as the agreement and applicable accounting rules require.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email artscale.co@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

9. International transfers

We work with businesses in different countries, and our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
